RISE FUNDRAISINGRISE’s Fundraising Committee is an active partner in the community. There are usually 4 to 5 fundraising events held each year, in 2010 RISE will be looking to have a Spring Flower Bulb Sale, Easter Craft/Bake Sale and more to come in the summer. If you wish to help out in any of these events please call the office (746-6996) and let us know. RISE has received it's Charitable Status and will be able to provide Tax Receipts for Income Tax purposes for your generous donations over $10.00.
VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!!RISE is always looking for volunteers to help with fundraising activities. Some activities would include manning tables, baking crafts/goodies for sale, creating buttons for orders, and organizing an event. If you would like to volunteer your time or give a donation please contact the office or any of the Fundraising Committee members. If you don't have a lot of time to spare, helping out a little here and a little there would be great. If you enjoy baking you could donate just during the times baked goods are needed. Or if you like making crafts you can donate them for the three or four times a year we need them. Any ideas that you wish to share are greatly welcomed too.
